The Longton Players are delighted to be performing ‘A Bunch of Amateurs’, a hilariously, funny play, written by Ian Hislop and Nick Newman. The brilliant director, cast and stage crew are having so much fun rehearsing.

We have just over a week to go before opening night! The stage is set for the Hollywood Legend that is, Jefferson Steel!

This extremely funny play, written by Ian Hislop and Nick Newman, is one not to be missed!

An ageing Hollywood legend has come over to England to star alongside a bunch of amateurs to perform the infamous Shakespeare play, ‘King Lear’.

We have had so much fun rehearsing this play, we would love you all to share the laughter with us!
