A comedy-drama. Agnes, the manager of a ramshackle charity shop is suspended when an incident is overblown on social media. In her absence, the shop is rebranded as a boutique called 'Eager Beavers'. Will the volunteers accept the change and will the truth come out, allowing Agnes to return? Oct 16th-18th 2025

Our murder mysteries on tour continues with this special one night performance at The Club, Lostock Hall. Longton Live 2025
For this year's Longton Live we will be performing a series of comedy sketches and songs in Longton Community Hall at 8pm on each night of Longton Live. Entry is with your Longton Live wristband.
Welcome to The Longton Players
The Longton Players Amateur Dramatics Society was founded in 1992 and has been performing plays at Longton Community Hall every year since. The group perform several plays each year including murder mysteries, one act plays, dramas and comedies. The Longton Players also contribute to the January panto staged by St Andrew’s Church in the village.
